You can prevent the use of AI on a per user basis in AppColl.

1. Start by going to the Contacts module.
2. Select the User you wish you wish to work with. 

3. With the user selected, click the Permissions button. 

4. Uncheck the Can use the AI module option. This option is defaulted to on for all users once AI is enabled. 
5. Click the Ok button. 

6. Click the Save button.
