Overview

On December 11, 2024, the way billing codes are used is being improved.

  • The control used to select billing codes is changing to be more user-friendly.
  • More information can be associated with each billing code.
  • Custom codes will not have to be typed each time.

What's Different?

Before the upgrade, standard billing codes would be selected from a dropdown.  Custom codes would have to be typed into a text box.

After the upgrade, a searchable control will allow you to select both standard and custom billing codes.

How to Access Billing Codes

Billing codes are only accessible to account administrators of PM accounts.

For PM Pro and PM Plus account administrators, the billing codes are accessible under the Billing Module menu.  For PM Corporate administrators, it is under the Finances module.

Editing a Billing Code

To edit an existing billing code, click it's row in the table and edit it's values in the popup.

Click “Save” on the popup to keep the changes made to the selected billing code.  The changes will not be submitted to your AppColl instance yet.

Changes made to billing codes will only be submitted when you click “Save” or “Apply Changes” on the left side of the table.
