If AppColl processes an e-Office Action email from the USPTO for a matter that cannot be found in your account, AppColl will send an email to your Account Administrator with a copy of the e-Office Action UNLESS you or your account administrator have the following box checked in your Settings on the Matters tab. Select the Auto-create matter in e-Office Action email if it doesn't exist checkbox and click the Save button if you would like the matter to be auto-created if you receive an e-Office Action for a matter that is not in your account.
