If you have a group of references cited in one matter and you wish to copy these references to another matter, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Prior Art module button.
2. Click on the row for the Matter you wish to move references from.
3. Select (by clicking on the left check box) all of the references you wish to copy to another matter.
4. Click on the Link Refs to Matter button in the Make Changes section of the left column.
5. In the popup window, enter the Attorney Reference of the matter you are copying to (or search for it) in the Matter text box.
6. Set the status of the references by clicking on the appropriate radio buttons.
7. Click the Link button.
