For AppColl PM Plus users, the Reports module can show when and how often a report is being viewed. You may find this useful to determine if a report can be deleted due to lack of use to reduce clutter. To see report usage statistics, click on the Reports module, locate the report in the list on the left hand side of the page and hover over the report name. In the pop-up to the right of the name usage statistics for the report will be visible, including the names of the people who most recently viewed the report and the total views over time:
