If your U.S. trademarks are not being updated with docketing tasks, you may have some of these features turned off on the Settings page. You need to be an account administrator to access these settings.
- Click on the Settings link in the upper right corner of any page
- Scroll down until you see the USPTO Import Settings
- Check “Enable automatic USPTO trademark updates”
- Check "Enable USPTO transaction history"
- Check “Generate docketing tasks from USPTO...”
- Click on the “Save Patent Center Settings” button
Also, AppColl updates US trademarks from TSDR every 7 days from when the matter was initially added to your account. If a trademark was added on a Tuesday, AppColl queries TSDR early on Tuesday mornings to retrieve any new details. Thus, it is possible something happened on a trademark on Wednesday, yet the matter in AppColl would not update this new information for 6 days until the following Tuesday.
