Manage Tandem Logins

The Manage Tandem Logins option is used for giving a current user in your non-Tandem account access to a Tandem account.

After your client accepts your invitation to create a Tandem account as described here, you may wish to set up logins to that account to support the client’s use of their Tandem account, including viewing information as they see it and setting up basic reports. To do this use the Manage Tandem Logins button in the Account Syncing tab on the Settings page.
 


 

To create a login, select the name of the person with a login to your account and the name of the Tandem account they will be logging in to. Then click on the Add button. 

After the login is created, the person will pick which account to log into after they enter their login credentials. After logging in, they will be able to switch accounts from a list accessible from their initials in the upper-right corner of every page.

The logins created are "Restricted Access", meaning they will only have access to information synced from your account. They will not have access to any administrator capabilities in the Tandem account. Logins are setup this way because one client Tandem account may have data synced from multiple law firms.

To remove a login, click on the trash can next to the name of the person in the list.
