This feature has been deprecated. Please use Scheduled Task Reports. 
To resend a task reminder, go to the Contacts module, select one or more task owners from the contacts list, and click on the Resend Reminders button. 

To regenerate a task notification, go to the Tasks module, select one or more tasks, and click on the Resend Notifications button.
