To indicate that a European patent has unitary effect, select the “Unitary Effect” checkbox to the right of the country name. Please note that this checkbox only appears if the country selected is “European Patent Office” (EP).

You can use the “UnitaryEffect” field in reports and filters to show Unitary Patents.
