Once you've gone through the process of setting up PM Invent, requesting a disclosure from an inventor, receiving the submitted disclosure and beginning prosecution, if you use the Signatures module in AppColl you can then send the Inventor Declaration out with just a few clicks!

If you need to connect to DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign, see this article. You can also use AppColl as the signature provider if you do not use DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign. 

Once connected, go to the Signatures module, select the appropriate Inventor Declaration, and click Send.
