Run Reports and Save the Results to PDF, CSV, or Email

As a prerequisite to this process you should have a saved report to access from the Select Report dropdown. To learn how to create and run a saved report, click here

  1. Select the saved report you wish to work with in the appropriate module from the Select Report dropdown.

  1. With the report selected, you can choose from the available options. First, click the PDF icon. 

  1. The PDF will open where you can save, print, or download the PDF.

  1. Next, click the CSV icon. 

  1. The Export pop-up window will appear. Choose whether to include Visible Information only (columns selected). If you wanted to include further columns you could click on the Columns link to choose further columns for the report to appear in the window. If you choose All information in the database the output would include every column in the output.
  2. Click the Execute button. 

  1. Click the Email icon. 

  1. The Email Current View as PDF pop-up window will appear. Choose the recipient to whom you wish to email an attachment of the PDF of the report, update any defaulted fields as needed, and click the Save button.
