Prevent the Use of AI for a Specific Client

You may have a specific client for which you wish to prevent the use of AI. To do so, follow the instructions below. 

  1. Go to the Contacts module.
  2. Locate the Client record you wish to disable and select. 

  1. Scroll down to locate the Prevent all AI functionality for this client's matters and tasks checkbox and select. 

  1. Click the Save button.
