Checking the Status of a Signatures Document

Document Status Updates

When Signatures documents are sent via DocuSign, AppColl is notified of status changes, including the completed documents, automatically. When the Manual Workflow is used, AppColl updates the document status upon email receipt of the document. 

To explicitly check DocuSign and look for manually-sent documents, you can click the “Refresh” button on the Signatures module:
 

 

Viewing Document Status

There are multiple ways to view the status of Signature Documents. Primarily, the Signatures Module contains a Status column with status and possibly an action for each document:

Matter Signatures Tab

A new tab on the Matter Details page allows a quick glance at the status of any Signature Documents. This view is read-only; performing any action(s) on the documents must be from the Signatures Module.
