The USPTO periodically updates these fees and makes them available here.

If you create billing item templates for USPTO fees please note that they will not be updated automatically when the USPTO changes the fee schedule. You will need to go to the billing item templates page and click the "Load USPTO Fees" button. During such an update, new fees will be added and amounts for existing fees will be updated. If an existing fee is updated, only the amounts will change. Any edits you have made to the description will be preserved.
