| Task Type Documents | Documents can be automatically added and form-filled when task is created. More info |
| Improved Bulk Invoice Generation | Bulk generation of invoices has been improved to allow inclusion and exclusion of sections along with the ability to automatically generate one separate invoice for each matter that has un-invoiced billing items. More info |
| Multi-login | Enabling a login for a user that already has a login to another AppColl account will automatically result in a multi-login for that user. The user will be able to select the required account during the login process. Previously this had to be setup by AppColl support. |
| Clear Page Locks | A new Clear Your Locks command has been added to allow any inadvertent page locks to be cleared. More Info |
| Company Logo | The Company logo can now be uploaded in .JPEG or .PNG format. |
| KR Publication | Improved ability to retrieve Korean patent information from Espacenet. |
| Abandoned Trademarks | Abandoned Trademarks will still have tasks generated until the revival period has ended. |
| Tandem Notes | The notes associated with files can now be synced. |
| IntlSearchAuth field | This field now includes all values from this link. |
| In-app Help Articles | Support articles can now be searched on and viewed from within the AppColl interface. More info |
| Reference Titles | Users can now manually add reference titles. |
| USPTO PTO/SB/30 | The USPTO form PTO/SB/30 has been updated. |
| USPTO PTO/SB/464 | The USPTO form PTO/SB/464 has been added. |
| IDF Submission | An invention disclosure form can now be submitted via Email. |
| USTM Auto-Import | New trademarks can be automatically added from the USPTO every week. |
| Conflict Search | The Conflicts module now supports excluding fields from a search and the ability to only match whole words (rather than parts of a word). |
| Form Field Improvement | Form fields can now add periods after an initial with the following syntax: {Matter.Examiner} = John A Smith {Matter.Examiner(AddPeriodToInitials)} = John A. Smith" |
| USPTO PTO/AIA/24A | The USPTO Forms PTO/AIA/24A and 24B have been added. |
| A/R Aging Report | The A/R Aging Report now includes partial payments. |
| Form AIA/82 | Form AIA/82 Transmittal for Power of Attorney will use first populated value of Applicant, Assignee, or Client for the “I am the applicant” field. |
| Billing Items sort | Billing items on invoices sorted by the "date" and then by the "who" fields. |
| Unitary option | There is now a checkbox to distinguish unitary effect on EU patents. More info |
| Form field for inventor first names | Added new form field {Matter.InventorFirstNames}. |
| Origination fee Percentage | Added ability to specify origination fee percentage in Hourly Rates table. More info |
| AttorneyRef Matter Intake Email Address | Secondary option to use the AttorneyRef for the Matter Intake Email Address. More info |
